Hi...I'm trying to download the 4.1 Adobe Flex SDK but the link (in fact all the links to all the SDK's) point to the FlexLicense.swf file, which of course leads one back to the downloads page...I'd like to be able to download the 4.1 SDK.

    Thanks

You can get the Adobe Flex SDK directly from.

Edit: I'm removing the link since the SWF files seem to be working now.

    Hopefully fixed (at least temporarily).

Thanks Michael and Alex for the replies. Unfortunately the link to 4.1 still points to FlexLicense.swf.

We are having technical issues with the site. Try clicking on FlexLicense.swf to run it. It should let you choose a download.

    Hi Alex,

I'm afraid it still doesn't work...after accepting the license agreement I get a paage with two dropdown lists, selecting the download page (for either the other SDKS's or 4.6) I'm taken back to the download page, where clicking the desired SDK link once again brings up the FlexLicense.swf.

I was able to get the desired SDK from the link provided by Mike.

    Thanks,
    Bob

Which browser and os? For me the FlexLicense.SWF shows two dropdowns and a "Select" button. Hitting "Select" should show you a license page and then you should have to check the checkbox in order to enable the "Download" button.

Our Legal folks want to make sure you understand the licensing issues around the SDK and the FlexLicense.SWF is intended to make sure you take an action to say you've read and understand the license. Going straight to the fpdownloads.adobe.com skips past the licensing UI. I will probably have to delete the link from Mike's post at some point.

The problem persist with any browser on windows
by the way an SWF to download a file it's an overkill

Some sort of interactive dialog is required in order to make sure you understand that certain binary files in an SDK are not under open source licenses. Open@Adobe does not support interactive content so we are forced to use a SWF hosted externally.

I fixed a few problems and it works for me on WinXP in FF, Chrome, Win7 in IE, Mac in FF and Safari.
