Revert to Flex 4.1

-General: Reverted migration to Flex 4.5 back to Flex 4.1. -Insync Sample: Fixed Insync Build error. -Navigation: added runtime navigation feature for SelectedChildWaypoint (default Waypoint). (work in progress).

Eclipse/FB files refactoring
* migrated to FB burrito
** please use the same flex sdk as in the build files : Flex Hero (build 17855)
** import and declare it as such in your FB settings
* deleted all the duplicated entries in the various libs folders
* replaced those entries by linked resources (you now have to create a link resource folder M2_REPO pointing either
** the C3 repo found in c3 svn depot
** or to your local maven repo
* simplified the fb files to include all classes in the library by default

Simplification of the builds and the dependencies management

migrating the latest lib to flex 4.5.0.17855 to share the same sdk as the todo sample

minor updates : ignore files, FB files and header.txt

adding the max 2010 talk sample.

adding temporary snapshots blazeds dependencies

adding spring-flex and persistence-api to the maven repo
