Cairngorm Code

Ensure external configuration (i.e. AS, XML, MXML) in addition to metadata across all libraries. Add XML Cairngorm namespaces, and streamline MXML names via design.xml.

- adding missing libs in order for LCDS to run as expected.
- starting a new Test application in IntegrationTest project (work in progress)

Improving the Sample for Integration DMS ... still work in progress.
One issue, we get the fault + an RTE where i would expect only the fault event to be dispatched ....

- Migrating Integration libs to Parsley 2.3.0
- Part of this refactoring, the Metadata names changed slightly for example GlobalDataServiceConflictHandler become GlobalDataServiceConflict (removal of the Handler suffix)
