Minor Refactorings across the Board

-Added lost HTML templates.
-fixed deprecation warnings due to Parsley migration.
-Remove IntegrationTest sample of custom Commands (We removed Command support in favour of Parsley's native support)
-Fixed Parsley LocalConnection extention sample (broke due to Parsley migration)
-Fixed test in Popup lib

Splitting of Integration library into IntegrationDMS, IntegrationRPC, and Observer into ObserverParsley

Migration of the Wire decorator to Parsley 2.1
- Adding new feature to Wire decorator so you can use a 'type' property to wire an object instead of 'id' when necessary. If type and id are defined in the same Wire tag, 'id' is going to be ignored. If 'type' is defined and more than 1 object of that type is found in the context, a ContextError is thrown.

Moved Wire tag to Observer library and changed syntax to [Wire(id="myObjectId",property="prop")]
