Refactoring insync-modularExtended-api (removing selectors, adding one event type per command)

Moved DataCache to Integration (this isn't dependent on Parsley but only on the utility library Spicelib, it works cross-frameworks), Adjusted unit tests and Insync samples to latest module library improvements for Flex 4.

headers update and new main root build

Migration to Parsley 2.2 and Flex SDK 3.5. Removed Command implementation of Integration library in favor of Asynchronous Commands of Parsley 2.2.
