fixing build , cleaning unused imports

- Migrating Integration libs to Parsley 2.3.0
- Part of this refactoring, the Metadata names changed slightly for example GlobalDataServiceConflictHandler become GlobalDataServiceConflict (removal of the Handler suffix)

Migration to Parsley 2.3

Moved DataCache to Integration (this isn't dependent on Parsley but only on the utility library Spicelib, it works cross-frameworks), Adjusted unit tests and Insync samples to latest module library improvements for Flex 4.

Refactoring/re-organization of the Integration libraries

* Integration lib:
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.error.* (common channel/rpc errors)
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.file.* (delegate/responder for FileReference)

* IntegrationDMS lib:
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.dms.* (parsley extentions for DMS)

** IntegrationDMS library is now simplified and provide only few parsley decorators described below:
DataServiceFaultHandler (Handle the Fault of a given DataService)
GlobalDataServiceConflictHandler (Handle Data Management Conflicts globally for all DataService defined in parsley contexts)
GlobalDataServiceFaultHandler (Handle the Fault of all DataService defined in parsley contexts)
GlobalDataServiceResultHandler (Handle the Result of all DataService defined in parsley contexts)
IsCommitRequired (Observe the commitRequired flag of a given DataService)

** Adding support for LCDS 2.6, 3.0 and 3.1 in IntegrationDMS

* IntegrationParsley lib:
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.data.* (Data Caching / highlander principal)
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.localconnection.* (local connection pub/sub - EXPERIMENTAL)
com.adobe.cairngorm.integration.rpc.* (global error handler for RPC)

asdoc infrastructure, initial pom for persistence library

-Added lost HTML templates.
-fixed deprecation warnings due to Parsley migration.
-Remove IntegrationTest sample of custom Commands (We removed Command support in favour of Parsley's native support)
-Fixed Parsley LocalConnection extention sample (broke due to Parsley migration)
-Fixed test in Popup lib

-Change initialization objects of Cairngorm Parsley extensions to Parsley convention (i.e. CairngormModuleLib>CairngormModuleSupport). Every initialization object has a static initialize method and implements Parsley's ContextBuilderProcessor, which allows it to be specified within a ContextBuilder definition.
-API Change in Navigation library: Changed -FirstEnter metadata to Enter(time="first"), -Enter metadata to Enter(time="next") and -EveryEnter metadata to Enter(time="every")
-Added convenience isValid get accessor to ValidationGroupEvent

Migration to Parsley 2.2 and Flex SDK 3.5. Removed Command implementation of Integration library in favor of Asynchronous Commands of Parsley 2.2.
