Maven: update SWC namespace

Maven: remove ModuleViewLoader and ModuleViewLoaderSkin for Flex 3 compilation.

instead of excluding *ViewLoader.as I only exclude now ModuleViewLoader.as
But the build is failing in Flex3 because of IModule specific flex4 interface.

adding a flex3 build profile to avoid building spark dependent classes in the flex3 release :

<exclude>**/*Skin.mxml</exclude>

adding temp folders/files to the svn:ignore list

upgraded the maven site plugin
added springas repostories here too

making navigation core as part of navigationSpringAs lib
