Refactored Waypoint View State Support

Refactored Waypoint View State Support

Added first version of view state support with adding a CurrentStateWaypoint, additionally to the default SelectedChildWaypoint. Previously, state within components using Flex view states needed to be synchronized manually with the navigation library (such as shown in example and documentation for parallel navigation support). This feature adds a Waypoint implementation for view states in order to simplify the usage. View NavigationTest for an example.

Furthermore, the assignment of the selectedName is moved to the Landmark. This means using ISelectedName doesn't require a Waypoint definition anymore.

Improved Pending Waypoint Initialization.

Added parallel navigation support.

Improved Swiz extention, migrated to new module lib from trunk, synchronized sample1 navigation example between Parsley and Swiz extentions, added load/unload option to sample1, created separate sample (*Test) projects for Parsley and Swiz.

Addition of experimental Swiz extention to Navigation library (NavigationSwiz project), externalizing Parlsey-dependent code to NavigationParsley project, Navigation project contains shared framework-independent code, NavigationTest project: Added a Swiz sample, refactored Parsley samples.
