The russian text in contents, index, search is corrupted in php manual.
Seems like not used UTF-8 for contents panel.
See screenshot for example.

All PeaZip window appear on a left screen in dual monitor configuration.
Commonly programs show it's windows in current screen (where mouse now) or on default screen (right one in my case).
Can PeaZip also read "current screen" value from X server and use that screen?

Can't open QTVR v0.5.72.
Message in window header says:

Display filenames in Russian (utf-8) are broken.
You can see details on attached screenshot.
I use Arch Linux with XFCE. In Thunar all file names seems correct.
