Hi, i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here's a quick question: Is it possible to use MGE to give Morrowind Crysis style daytime shadows? Or even interior shadows from light sources?

Morrowind would look FAR better than Oblivion :D.

Problem solved!
Thanks for the advice. I gave the launcher admin privilidges (otherwise setting the options simply doesn't do anything), then ran morrowind with the admin privilidges. After doing all that updated the registry, mge worked like a charm, no bugs at all, and looked ace!
As a side note, where could I find the really recent shaders, e.g. knu's ssao v9?.

I'm having a problem starting up mgegu.exe. It simply crashes with the standard windows error screen. It claims the error is "System.NullReferenceException".
I assumed this meant I had the 'lack of registry keys' problem, since I had not previously started the game up. So I reinstalled Morrowind, played it and quit. I reinstalled MGE, tried to start mgegui.exe up and got the same error.
