This "powered by yappa-ng" Logo is within the themes folder and is called "themes_#theme#_yappa-ng_logo.gif" where #theme# is the name of the theme you use.
To get rid of it either change the image itself or you edit the stylesheet themes_#themes#.css (themes_ziron.css for the zirkon theme). Search for the following lines and edit them to your needs (example...

I am really sorry to read that you got hacked because of the upgrade scripts.
I instruct to delete the safe mode install files in the yappa-ng INSTALL Manual ( http://www.zirkon.at/yappa-ng_demo/docs/INSTALL.html#safe_mode ), but I now realise that I forgot to state explicitly that the safe mode upgrade scripts should be deleted too!

On *NIX systems a .tar is easy - but most users use Windows in one form or another. As far as I know there is no compression program installed on Windows per default?
If you could provide the code that works for Windows _AND_ *NIX / Linux systems I would integrate it into yappa-ng.
The resulting archive would get VERY big and download times really high because it only makes sense to...

I created only one "yappa-ng Logo" - you can find it on the yappa-ng homepage and in the yappa-ng Demo gallery.
You can just rightclick and download it if you want to use it somewhere :-)
