this thread is a bit old but I'd like just to let you know that I've been using vtcl since june 98 to make a frontend for a unix nlp tool.
Everytime I have to make a rapid prototype for something which have to be used by non programmer, i use vtcl.
It's such a pity it can't generate java code or perl-tk colde ;(

Hello,
I own a very old ov511 based webcam and it seems to work fine with
macam except it has the same behaviour than in the old ov511 drivers
shipped with redhat 6.2 : everything is redish, the fix
was to add force_rgb=1 to the ov511 drivers
it works fine underlinux so it shoudn't hard to fix...

I have the same damn problem here...
I started last week and I think it has something to do with the last patch from
apple for os 10.3.9
What ever I do accented caracters are not available, I tried everything
and it didn't work... even on xterm, on terminal app
but when i'm doing something like
cat > tatrata
if I enter é or ç
it appears correctly.

by the way I rebuild the src.rpm in my mdk 9.2 and all
goes fine..

Hello,
I tried to compile ogmrip on the followings distro
mdk 9.2, 10.0 and 10.1
and it, of course, doesn't work because it needs
the latest gnome release (I guess 2.10 ?)
but I wonder if it's really important, gnome is supposed to be source compatible since 2.4 to 2.10 so is there really a need to hardcode heavy referenced number version ?
it's really, really difficult these day to enjoy...
