I think discading the defecting part is the best solution.
If some note are unconsistant, we could just drop them (no guessing on : the author would have the note being like that ; the author should have been wrote it correctly).
I do agree that discarding the whole track is a bit too much, I think the exact policy should be : discard what is not correct.

Hi,
thanks for feedbacking. I'm not a big fan of trying to repair buggy txt files and trying to figure out what should be done. Sure it is nice to have it, but I prefer pointing the problem inside the txt file and let people correcting it (and maybe feedbacking the original author).
This helps the whole community to have better txt files.

Hi,
I don't think you can use videoke videos in Performous. Do you have a link explaining the format ? (haven''t been able to find one). The current stable version support ultrastar song format. Current developpement version (git) support both ultrastar and FretsOnFire format.
