Second post, I was ripped aac from "http://72.26.204.18:6116" (DIGITALLY IMPORTED).
Their stream is AACPlus + Parametric Stereo.
When I upload to my phone N78, decoder (player) doesn't decode it as stereo mode, only mono. (Like parametric stereo downmixed mono channel)
I did muxed it into M4A container, remain the same.
I muxed it into 3GP container, it opened with video program...

Had been a month, problem is still not solved.
I did try to find solution from Google, but results is almost different with what I want...
I tried convert through dbPowerAmp by using their M4A Utilities from from aac to m4a without losing quality, it shown me decode error and asked was the file AAC?
I heard that MUX it into Mp4 container, it work and run stereo mode in my mobile phone...

Oh yup, some time Streamripper did save the stream and wrote the file format info in [AAC/ SBR+PS].
But not always! Mostly is only in [AAC/ SBR], almost!
Approx ~5%.

How could it be HE-AAC V1?! If the ripped file is REALLY V1 then Channel should be 2 (Output: 2) and not Channel:1.
Do you think a famous stream radio will provide user a MONO CHANNEL?!

But why N78 decode it is only MONO output sound, not STEREO like Winamp?!
Can I install Winamp in my phone?!

Normally it will show the mode as Parametric Stereo for eAAC+.
Streamripper deleted PS in file format info? XD

So, the problem of ripped file? Problem of foobar? Winamp? NOKIA N78? Stream radio?
The problem of Streamripper?
Or, problems of me, my ear can't function probably and brain can't modify stereo and mono...?.
