Interesting patch, unfortunately debugging over wifi really isn't possible due to the need to communicate with IOS via interrupts. It will work up to a point but it will always break down eventually causing packet errors and crashes that aren't related to the application being debugged.
A few tests of this show that it stops working after a couple of breakpoints.
