Hello Christophe and others!
I have similar set top box and I am trying to make EM8471 working. I have built kernel modules succesfully but they are not loaded at startup. When I try to load xcard module manually, it is loaded together with some other modules but I do not have any messages from them in dmesg.
Does yor box load any opensigma modules at boot?
Are you getting any messages...

I have a PC compatible set top box with EN8471 chip on board. After adding a bit more RAM I am able to run standard Linux distro (Fedora 10) on it. With kernel 2.6.29 I can build opensigma kernel modules. Loading sigma-test.ko gives the following report in dmesg:

Does it mean that I need another driver similar to usbb2k-api but working with my device?
It would be nice to have a list of devices known to work or not with kb2kskype using usbb2k-api or another driver (if such exists).

Currently gschem exports images to png/jpg/bmp... with several sizes as 640x480 pixels. In such approach the picture scale and quality depends on shet size (or picture size).
This can be avoided if image resolution (100dpi, 150dpi or 300dpi) could be specified instead of total size. This is much the way as eps export works.

Fields for displaying marker and min SWR frequencies at the bottom left of the main window are too small on my system (Fedora 8), and the displayed value is cut from left (tens of MHz are not visible). This patch makes the field longer, so whole number is visible.

Currently m4 symbols contain one footprint for crystal holder (HC49), wich is not accurate, pin spacing is a bit too big and the outline is too small.
This patch adds several m4 crystal holder footprints of different size, 2 or 3 pin, both standing and laying.
The patch is against recent cvs.
