For all those who experienced hangs during the boot process at 'requesting full configuration', this has been due to a misconfiguration of certain SOP IDs on the SMP. (the range 90000100 - 90000399 was affected). The problem should now be resolved.

The ssh authentication test sometimes fails once. Next
time it will work.
Although it is harmless, it is confusing.

This seems to be resolved by adding /ram1/dev/tty1 in
/etc/securetty.

After booting you can't login on the first two virtual
consoles as root nor admin. You immedeatly get "login
incorrect" without a password prompt. tty3 and beyond
work fine. When getty is restarted (by ^C or so) it
works. After some time getty seems to be restarted so
that it works automatically.
