I've waited for the browser update (now error reporting is working, again) and underlieing libmozjs (1.9.0.5 -> 1.9.0.6, not that impressive). And checked again --

Ah-a, that was what has been pending from september -- that was file attaching what blocked.
However, after some experimenting that seems I've got it. After accidental cancel I constantly attempted to re-submit registration request with the very same unix-name. Right now I've varied it a little and,.. oops, I've gone through that maze with only plain old get-context-menu-submit-form way. JS...

Project registration form worked fine for me before (I've
requested project registration about Sep15, I=149072).
I've made a habit to enable JavaScript when there's no other way.
So I believe, that I was successful a week before with plain old
cookies. Than something changed. Btw, I fight that form for a
week, with empty cache each time.
Right now the prgress is:
