Hi,
I have translated the simp-tomoe into Simplified Chinese. Hope this can be useful.

Hi,
I have written a new input plugin which uses SDL for joystick handling. It also implements PADpoll() interface, which fixes the problem with non-Analog games when Analog Pad is enabled.
I also recreated the configuration utility to get rid of the "funny" symbols in the original padJoy.
The sources can be found here...

there also seems to be some bugs with analog pad support, e.g., in FF8 the analog pad is totally messed up.

it seems the analog pad is only enabled when a special command is sent to the pad (without the command the pad will just act as a digital pad), and currently PCSX always treat the pad as analog if the plugin reports the pad is "analog" which leads to problem.

running PCSX-df with a screen resolution of 1280x768 will result in the config dialog box not shown completely, as in this screenshot:

try "-nogui -cdfile SkullMonkeys.bin".
the GNOME panel problem is a known issue which need to be fixed, however a workaround for that is not to move the mouse and the panel won't be shown.

when typing "rkk" with WuBi IME in scim (which is supposed to be the character 操), the character "肏" (which means "fuck" and sounds the same as 操 in Chinese, however in glyph-based WuBi IME the input code is completely diffferent) will appear in the 2nd candidate. Removing such characters would be more appropriate.

never mind, setting to Shift+Control+Control_L combined with Shift+Control+Shift_L worked.
I'll keep this open though, as I think it remains reasonable to support such key sequences by default (and I think it's a user-experience issue rather than a "Windows vs. Linux" debate ;D)

when pressing Ctrl+Shift to switch IM in this way:
Press Ctrl -> Press Shift -> Release Ctrl -> Release Shift
the IM will not be switched (however this works in Windows). This means a Windows user who is used to strike "ctrl+shift" together quickly will likely to experience "lag"s.
It would be better if such a sequence can be supported. Also, it seems I can't customize the key sequence in...
