I applied the patch (http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-ugly/ext/dvdread/dvdreadsrc.c?r1=1.48&r2=1.49). Now it does not crash, but it fails though:

A friend of mine tried to rip a somewhat new DVD in German using thoggen. He had libdvd*ss and libdvdread installed.
Attached is the GNOME error report file. I could ask him what the name of the dvd was, maybe it is some new fancy copy protection.
thoggen should probably give out a warning that the dvd is protected by a fancy new copy protection and not crash.

The new Mumble seems to be shaping up nicely.
PA Output works fine from what I can see, but the Input does not seem to be very well.
I can hear me, but it sounds very bad and overamplified.
When I use the wizard and select PulseAudio as the Input device, the bar in the "Audio Tuning" dialogue is always in the right area, even without saying anything. When I use Alsa instead, the bar is...

I am going to try ASAP. Thanks
Btw, Ubuntu also offers PA, but you have to install it manually. So if you have a "real" installation of Ubuntu, you may try it using it, also.
