Google shows cached documentation here: http://smsclictr.wiki.sourceforge.net/SMSCliCtrV2_Docs , but, don't seem to be able to find it live. Does documentation exist?

After installing this program (on Server 2008 TS, connecting to SCCM R2 server), I'm not able to access most functions (I can see members, that's about it).
I'm presuming I have to Register or integrate it? But, not sure what I need to do.

For whatever reason, at home or at work, I cannot run the install routine for any of your products, but, need an actual EXE or MSI to download and run locally. I've tried setting up various things in IE (6 & 7) to make it work, to no avail. All I get is a screen of HTML, not an install. Sorry.
Any way to get the Beta MSI or EXE? My email is bill.bradley@va.gov, if you need...
