Adds support for building using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
1. Apply Patch
2. Run sys\winnt\nhsetup.bat
3. Open NethackW.sln
Problems unresolved:
1. Only generates tiles.bmp; not any of the other size tiles
2. No way to build nh340key.dll, nyraykey.dll, or nhdefkey.dll (they're optional)
3. Warnings in build.
