I_PUSH ioctl's are needed to initialize terminal-line emulation under a STREAMS-capable OS.
When I was trying fIcy on debian this used to work somehow, maybe this ioctl was simple a no-op back then.
Since linux does not seem to implement STREAMS by default, this code is not needed.
I'm changing 'ifndef BSD' to 'if !defined(BSD) && !defined(__linux__)'.

I keep getting this spam about s.f. marketplace. I do not remember enabling anything else than "site news" (and I would like to keep getting the _real_ news).

Attached patch provides an option ("center remote screen") which allows to center the screen in fullscreen mode when the remote screen size is smaller than the current one.
Attached patch also fixes scrollbars reappearing (even when not necessary) when returning in windowed mode.

Yes, fIcy, contrarily to similar software, is headed toward power-users only. I
just can't mention all possible uses and combinations which may be evident only
to the "seasoned" ones. Yet, documentation should be clear to anyone. If you
have suggestions for the documentation or particular sections I'm all ears.

This sounds a perfect job for -F. Try to save this sed script to a file:

and use it with -F:
