Thanks for your work on this: it makes openbravo POS a viable choice for my client.
The receipt mostly prints correctly for me as well (using svn HEAD) on Linux. It is not aligned well on the page, and part of the logo is chopped off, and centered lines aren't centered with respect to the other lines.
Here's an example, using the default format...

When clicking on 'Products' on the 'Administration' page, an error page is displayed with this error:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /jsp/pos/viewAllPOSProducts.jsp(237,12) According to TLD or attribute directive in tag file, attribute value does not accept any expressions.

Reading descriptions of Eidola, especially the emphasis on separation of semantics from syntax, I cant help but think this problem has been solved by Lisp (Common Lisp, specifically). Have any of you considered Lisp's ability to modify its own syntax via macros, readtables, custom readers, etc?.

I'm interested in developing a speech-recognition system based on Lojban (http://www.lojban.org). How feasible is this with Sphinx? Lojban has the advantage of audio-visual isomorphism so a pronounciation dictionary shouldn't be necessary. However, it does use pauses to disambiguate certain constructs.
