I have noticed a few occasions where the time shown on the results pane (last scan) and on the list of files being scanned do not match the time on the workstation.
For example, this morning, at around 9:30am , I noticed that the results pane showed that the last scan was today at 10:20 am.
The "file being scanned" pane showed the time of the scan at around 10:40am
Checked the time on...

In recent times, checksum checker has occasionally returned 2 types of errors - files not found, and files in use by another process
A subsequent full run through all the files reports no problems with those particular files.
It is suspected that for some reason, the storage device is not responding in a timely enough manner to checksum checker's demands (but this is conjecture).
It...

When more than 20 files fail checking, Checksum checker only shows the details for 20 of them. This is to prevent difficulties when, for example, the repository share is not available, which would generate millions of failed files.
Could the display errors screen have a statement that only the first 20 are shown - this will eliminate confusion when, as happened today, 23 files were not found...

Oops, my mistake - I glossed over the first line of the console error I received
Ignore my last comment.

When I forced the error to occur on the production system, i noticed that the AIP filename had .xena appended.
The .xena extension is missing from the AIP filename in the submitted bug.

When copying for access, if the repository location is set to a non-existent location, you get an error message saying that the output location is incorrect.
In fact, the output location is correct, its the repository location that is wrong.
If you set the repository location to a valid - but incorrect location, you get the expected message that the AIP cannot be located.

In the Copy for Access pane, if you do not have a valid output directory set, you get a message box pop up to tell you so.
It says "pleaseensure" rather than the more normal wording of "please ensure".

I can replicate this error by setting the repository setting (in DPR) to something other than the proper repository location.
However, if this was set incorrectly, any new files ingested would be in that incorrect location.
Is it safe to assume that the AIP in question actually exists?.

Most reports allow the option of either viewing on screen, exporting as html or exporting as csv.
It would be nice if, when you viewed a report on screen, you had the option of exporting the results. This is a better option if the report takes a while to compile (and some do).
Rather than exiting the on screen view, then selecting an export option and reentering any criteria, you should...

I have occassionally used the copy for access functionality and could not recall coming across this one before.. So I checked
The production database seems to be working as expected.
Of course, there may be a difference between the production version and the version being used elsewhere.
