Well, I have the same problem with the example files, and I don't think it is due to the way the files are downloaded, because:
1. I downloaded them on three different computers with three different browsers and operating systems. I could not open them with AoI ("Not in GZip format"). I thought these files may have been created with an older version of AoI or Java which is not...
