I solved my own problem. When I copied over the phpmyadmin stuff over to my Sites folder with Mac Finder it did'nt copy sub-directories.
Also the location of the php.inc file I got from the entropy.ch faq's on php install.
It works fine. Thanks!!

hi all,
I am trying to get phpmyadmin to work on mac os x 10.2
i get this error
Fatal error: Failed opening required './libraries/grab_globals.lib.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /Users/xxx/Sites/phpMyAdmin/index.php on line 8
I installed php using the install pkg from entropy.ch
What file do i need to change and where is it??
