i am using ngspice 19. can we give a bit pattern as the input to a circuit in ngspice?
in eldo spice there is a function "pattern" with almost same syntax as "pulse" in ngspice which can be used to give a bit pattern as i/p. its syntax is "PATTERN VH1 VH0 TDELAY TRISE TFALL TSAMPLE BITS R"

I have installed ngspice 19 in fedora core 9.but when i run one of the examples given namely inverter2.sp i get some warnings in the .measure statements. for eg for the statement - ".measure tran v0_avg avg i(v0) from='dfall' to='dfall+period' " i get warnings saying "can't parse from='dfall'; ignored" and the same for to='dfall+period'. also for the statement...

Is there any ngspice that supports bsim4 90 nm technology model card version 4.0 or is there any 90 nm technology modelcard above this version which is supported by ngspice 18 or 19?.

I too have got the same problem while compiling a bus model. I tried using rework 19. there it says no model for mosfet nmos. Can anybody solve the problem?
