I assume both the server and client are MS-Windows machines.
An idea that I come up with is that
1. set up the second monitor on the computer A
(Display property dialog)
by this, VNC can share both primary display and secondary display
2. set up the shareing area of VNC server to secondary display region
(Display - Shareing area - Rectangular area)
