When notes have been added to a PDF and a earlier page(s) are deleted from the PDF through Preview, then the notes do not move with the pages. This causes the notes to be off by however many pages were deleted. I suspect that if pages were added, the notes would not move either, but I have not confirmed this.

I have a lot of PDF files that either have no table of contents or have useless table of contents. It would be nice if Skim could be used to create/manage the table of contents for a PDF. Ideally deleting TOC entries, dropping a TOC marker in the PDF and editing the TOC entry should be supported.

Also, I need to note that both entries in the error log show the username as anonymous user even though I am logged in at the time I attempt to add the database. The account that I am attempting to add database with has the manager role.

I have a Plone 3.1.5.1 instance running on top of a Zope 2.10.6 server. I have installed Plomino 1.2RC1.
Each time I attempt to create a Plomino database I receive a insufficient privileges screen. At the same time I receive two entries in the Error Log.
