The IIS 7 CosignModule should preserve the query string on redirect and it does not.
When accessing a cosign-protected web page such as:
https://server.example.edu/webapp/script.aspx?test=1
The user will be redirected to:
https://weblogin.example.edu/&cosign-server.example?https://server.example.edu/webapp/script.aspx.
