The empserver project uses two mailing lists,
empserver-devel and empserver-admin. The former is
working fine. The latter bounces. For example:

When a command fails because the country has no money or
because the country has no cap, we should return a useful error,
like "You're broke" or "You need a capital to use that command.".

When exploring out of a sector, one can abandon that sector,
explore around, then finish in the original sector. mob is charged
for the moving around. (It has been suggested that mob should go
to zero on the abandonment.)
The sector, having been explored back to, shows correctly in
"census", but also shows up as "lost". This messes up, in particular,
WinAce.

ftp area cleared for empserver and empire, both of which had files owned by me, even though I'm not the project lead on "empire".

I registered the project "empserver" last night.
Today, I'm trying to get started populating the ftp and
web directories. I noticed there is no link from
"/home/groups/e/em/empserver" to
"/home/groups/empserver", which as far as I can tell is
where your webserver likes to find files for
http://empserver.sourceforge.net
Am I going about this wrong?...
