What's happening?

Trouble compiling under OS X.

I am trying to compile and install the latest package under OS X 10.3.4 I'll post the error first, and will provide other information as requested. On the surface it looks like it might be a simple configuration mismatch. Error after logging in.

I cannot get TNT working. I am using emacs 21.2.2.
