yes it is a second or third class citizen, as you put it. it's not a high priority, but it will happen. it's on the list. patches are welcome.

for now this should work, just make a link to ~/.tradeclient/Local from $MAIL, like:
ln -s /var/spool/mail/matt ~/.tradeclient/Local
Local is the mailbox name, next time you start tradeclient, it should be recognized.

known gtk+ clist bug, try a newer version of GTK+, 1.2.10 is
out now, we're going to start compiling against it also,
hopefully this version fixes it. (there could still be a
problem on our side though, i think the drag and drop is
buggy, cause you can make it jump by starting a drag)
anyone experienced with gtk+, feel free to help.
