ADempiere is quite good in such type of customizations.
You just need to login as System Administrator and re-arrange sequence of fields.

i think that it is problem of TERMS.
Client in ADempiere means Tenant.
I suppose that you are trying to add new customer. In this case please use Business Partner window.
