It seems that VERSION variable doesn't do anything. Considering that amazon added a few nice features in recent protocols it would be nice to have a tool to control version number in http requests. I added "Version=2007-07-16&" to "url" variable in "def buildRequest(argv):" and it allowed me to use latest aws protocol (mainly i need "ancestors"...
