I'm seeing this problem too, in both v390 and trunk r27866 (last changed 2009-01-16).
I'm running ubuntu 7.10 on x86_64, so I compiled from source (no 64-bit binaries are available).
Crashes happen seemingly at random, and always because of a segfault (address not mapped at 0x000000000000000a) in the streaming sound buffering thread. It generally happens less than 20 minutes after starting...

I would find it useful to sort files by ctime instead of mtime. I think gqview 1.X used to do this; I recall using this function a while back, but with version 2.0.4 I don't see the feature anywhere.
Since a mtime sort function already exists, I'm guessing it would be easy to add a ctime equivalent.
Granted, many users don't understand the difference between mtime (file contents changed...

After upgrading from v10.8 to v11.0, KoLmafia no longer mixes drinks for me. In Item Manager -> Handle Items -> Mixable, the only items shown are:
- bottle of Calcutta Emerald
- bottle of Definit
- bottle of Domesticated Turkey
- bottle of Jorge Sinsonte
- bottle of Lieutenant Freeman
- boxed champagne
I have ingredients to make lots of drinks, but KoLmafia does not offer...

The relay browser feature has undesirable hard-coded behavior:
- it cannot be turned off (?)
- the user cannot select a browser to relay through
- the wrong browser is chosen, on some systems
On my system, I have 5 opera windows running on my second screen, each with about 30 tabs. If I run KoLmafia on my other screen, another instance of opera starts, then proceeds to load ~150...
