Not sure if this is a bug in aspell, gtkspell or some other package but GTK apps like Evolution and Empathy always show "Turkish" as one of the available languages to spellcheck, even if only other dicts are installed.

Hello,
I am working in a project and I only need extract the streams I want from the DVD. (the objective is transform a ps to a ts with the selected streams BUT without re-encoding)
is it possible or I should search more deeper?.
