When moving a server's mouse to a client desktop's where the monitor has gone into standby state the mouse's movements don't wake the monitor.
Steps to recreate:
Disable Screensaver Sync
Set Client A's monitor to shut off after any number of minutes (i had 15)
Set NO OTHER Devices to go to a low power state.
wait for client A's monitor to enter standby.
move mouse from server to...
