I have started a little work on this for my own project.
Something to be wary of is when you get the database schema via GetSchema("Columns"), the "nullable" values don't seem to be right for integers (most importantly on primary key fields) and I don't seem to be able to find another way to fetch this information.
Therefore, it seems impossible to generate a valid CREATE TABLE statement...
