No I cannot reproduce it on your server. On my server I can reproduce it on any data, existing or created for testing purposes.
Can you maybe point me to the place where the outgoing URL is created so I can debug on the server?.

I am running dev-db/phpmyadmin-2.11.9.4 under linux/gentoo from the standard package (not a manual install).
All functionality is fine except one:
When I list a table content and then try to delete a row by clicking on the red X in front of that row, the row gets deleted but the frame is forwarded to an invalid URL. This is reliably reproducible.
