As for Post 10, I can't reproduce the GO_dumper error. Can you describe to me what you did to get the error?
The "File can now be downloaded" shouldn't provide a link. A browser popup window "should" appear asking you to save the file. If it's not, there's probably a time out issue. Approximately how long is it taking before you get this message?.

We have resolved Post 9. That will be in our next release. As for Post 14, we will fix the README.txt file. But it is interesting that Manatee can't see that file. Some very simple questions but does that file actually exist in that location and if so, are the permissions fully readable?.

Rob,
Regarding Post 11, the files paths are in the Manatee.conf file which is in ..../cgi-bin/chado_prok_manatee/conf/. Near the bottom of the file is the locations of where the lookup databases should be. Can you check the ROLES_LOOKUP_FILE value and see if it has the full correct path and file name?.

Thanks, Rob. Unfortunately, you're our first user of this new installation so you will definitely run into hiccups. When you do, just let us know, and we will get them fixed ASAP.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
todd.

Rob,
Please don't change them manually! That should be an easy fix. Let me take a look at it on my end and make sure that something isn't missing.
What linux distro are you working on? (or are you Mac)

Rob,
The instructions have been updated. Also, please make sure you view the README file that is unpacked with the tarball. Let me know if you have any problems.
