    Thanks for the info, that's kind of what I figured out too. The cis on the card seems to be missing the attr_dev_info, which causes the read_tuple to fail for setup_regions. Or else the common_geometry line causes problems. In any case the iflash2_mtd does not load. The output from dump_cis is: Socket 0: dev_info FLASH 200ns, 2mb common_geometry width 2 erase 0x10000...

  • Intel Series 2 linear flash

    Hello, I'm trying to get an old SMART Modular linear flash card to work, and based on the jedec it should be an Intel Series 2 compatible. If anyone has an Intel Series 2 linear flash card, could you please post the dump_cis information? I can read the card, but for writes I think I need to get the iflash2_cs driver loaded to change the Vpp's to 12V, or write a modified driver...
