While this change is good enough for me to play with TCExam now, you may want to consider normalizing all the IP addresses to IPv6 if possible. There are a few situations where this could fail.
An IPv6 address can actually exceed 39 characters in a few ways, the worst of which is with interface specific addressing. If you have windows vista or windows xp and more than 1...

TCExam doesn't handle IPv6 IP addresses. Is anyone aware of this problem? I wouldn't mind providing a fix if someone has a general idea of what needs to be changed to fix the problem accross the entire application.
