Can you post a link to your CHM file?
I can try to see what's going on and see if I can fix it, but I can't really answer your question without a proper test case.

Please add more information. What CHM file were you using? How do I reproduce this problem? Are you sure that a newish browser such as the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or IE would display your HTML the way you'd like?.
