My friend has IP address 70.90.110.149. His ISP is
Comcast. He has been unable to connect to the
sourceforge.net website for over a week. The
connection is refused. He can do a traceroute with no
problem. He tried "telnet sourceforge.net 80" and
got "connection refused". He tried "telnet
shell.sourceforge.net 22" and also got connection
