How about a downloadable executable? I'd like to try this thing, but can't get Perl installed, and it's just too much effort for what it's worth .. can't you post a compiled executable that we can download and run .. little to no install, jiggering, whatever ? Please ? :)

Set Caps Lock to some movement control (ie Bank left).
Once pressed, ship "auto banks" .. it shouldn't be so "sticky" .. the original Descent (and others) have handled this .. hopefully it's just something easy to set?.

Ok, after playing with it a bit more, and discovering the CTRL trick, this seems to solve the issues above, so scratch this entry .. not an issue.

It would be nice to be able to copy/clone either a pog and/or a map section.
Even better if we could select multiple map sections (assume I used 3 map tiles to build a larger room) and copy/clone the whole thing to get a 2nd room the same size.
This would be handy for cloning a large group of monsters .. (ie 20 kobolds ... )

There should be another rotation option.
Add a (brick) wall object (wall3.png) to the map. Note that it resides only on the left side of the square you've added it.
There's no way to "flip" or "rotate" it so it resides on the right side of the square.
(similar with the wall4.png, it's on the top part of a square .. ).
Really, you should only need 1 "wall", and then rotate it 0, 45...

It should allow comparison of 2 different schemas within the same Database.

Just did a "find in files", and gave it a rather large directory+sub-directories.
I thought it had hung ... would it hurt to display a progress status? Either % done, or # of files searching/searched?.

Not sure if this is the logic of Notepad++ itself, or just the formatter specs ... anywho ...
SQL comment:
/******/
doesn't show as a comment ...
/* *** */ does
as does:
/*----*/
the multiple: /*** stars seem to confuse the formatter/parser.

I was thinking of something similar the other day when using this tool ... came here to see if anyone else had thought of it ... so this looks like the best place to suggestion this:
I'd recommend adding it as an option along the lines of "ignore whitespace" or "ignore EOL characters" ... add another option "ignore moved blocks" ...
Reason is, the original request above just suggests...
