Thanks for both replies. I didn't think that there might be sensitivities around the issue, so apologies for that – both CSL and PSL are fine systems I am sure! I think I will experiment with both as it seems easy to have both coexist in the tree. --tim.

Preferred build (on OS X)?

Hi, I'm building the system from the current (SVN-fetched) sources on an Intel OS X machine. I tried this earlier this year, and at that time it looked like the CSL version was the only buildable one on OS X. Now it looks like both build, though the CSL one seems to have a lot more GUI-ish stuff I think. Is there anything to choose between the builds in terms of support and so on, or are...
