Currently we do not have the Black&White color scheme, for now the distorting mechanism is actually using the fact that the image is multicolor and each next letter or object on the image is XOR-ed to the rest of the colors on the pane.
We are working on a new version of the SkewPassImage (Java CAPTCHA) which will add use other ways to distort the image one of the types of distortion can...
