As of this weekend, we'll have 8 hosts and 34 processes running (bringing up new machines this weekend). I cannot keep the "raw" data for very long because there is too much. I keep 45 days worth of "raw" data. This is perfmon data snapshots taken 48 times per day per server. I consolidate this "raw" data into 30 minute snapshots with just the basic information...

That almost works, but I don't think it will quite work. If I skip removing a monitor, that data will be read on the next 30 minute polling interval. Instead of having 30 minutes, it will actually have 60 minutes worth of data because it wasn't reset on the last call. That means I'll actually double count that interval (on some stats) and it will skew my stats.

I have an application that has been using JAMon for about 4 years (I love JAMon by the way). I have a separate application that "polls" the statistics webpage once every 30 minutes (runs on a different machince, etc). It write that data to a database. I have a database full up performance data with 30 minute granularity. That works great. My problem is that when I reset the stats...
